05/16/2010 I have not watched the Disney version, so I did not have any idea of the storyline or expectation of the film. I wanted to watch the whole DVD. I wanted to like it, since this was my first experience with a Chinese opera. I watched seventeen minutes and was bored to tears. I started getting drowsy and even considered taking a nap. It was that slow. I am guessing that most likely, this will be my last attempted viewing of this type of film. See more 12/08/2008 I watched it,it was really good!
