I've never been a fan of Lucille Ball or I Love Lucy but this was a really GREAT but sad movie with a very happy ending. It's a shame this movie is overlooked & very underrated.Lucille Ball was great in her role as NYC bag lady.I read on another site that Lucille Ball did this movie to breakout from her career in comedy & she did. After watching Stone Pillow I would have loved to have seen her in more serious roles. If you ever get a chance to see Stone Pillow, Don't let it pass you by
