Movie Info

Matrimonial madness reigns when newlyweds Arthur (Jack Carson) and Vivian (Jane Wyman) arrive in Washington, D.C., only to discover another couple in their hotel suite. Julian (John Ridgely) and Edna (Ann Sheridan), are also recently married, but when it turns out the two women are friends, all four agree to share accommodations. Then Nan (Alexis Smith) and her husband check in as well. Everything is perfectly chaotic -- until all three women discover their marriages are not legal.
