04/08/2020 When I paused it at the 30-minute mark and realized that there had been (literally) nothing but exposition on my TV screen up to this point, that's when I turned it off. This is, without a doubt, the worst written show on TV. I have no idea how HBO got tricked into making this. The script alone should've raised enough red flags to make it painfully obvious this was nothing more than a really bad soap opera. Hell, soap operas have higher stakes and better characters than this! To be fair, the other episodes may be Emmy-worthy, but I have my doubts.
