It was one of those rare shows where every plot, character and casting decision felt completely spot on. The friendship between Kacey and Michael is beautiful, and the whole series has this gentle humour and warmth running through it, balanced perfectly with the more emotional moments. It never feels forced or overly sentimental, it’s funny, moving and incredibly easy to get drawn into. Couldn’t stop watching it.
