Dec 17, 2019If celebrities are the friends we never had (except in our own minds) then this short is a interesting look into the past to see who it was that our grandparents and great-grandparents thought of as friends, and into the particular cult of celebrity of those times. There is literally no story here, only a pretense to trot out the celebs for fans to recognize. Still, challenge yourselves, fans of classic Hollywood, to see if you can recognize the stars before they own up and tell you (which they have to do with some - a comment itself on the brief nature of fame). Only Coop looks embarrassed by the attention in my estimation. And Fay Wray with dark hair!

Sep 05, 2010Although this movie has a terrible story, it is interesting to watch for all the stars that are packed into it.
