Critic Reviews for The Timber

All Critics (1) | Rotten (1)

  • Despite the odd burst of bloodshed and the harsh beauty of the landscape (Romania's Carpathian Mountains standing in for the Yukon), the brothers' desperate quest proves something of a plod.

Audience Reviews for The Timber

  • Sep 16, 2016
Nonsense. I do not come even close to understanding why The Timber is as highly rated as it is. There's some gorgeous nature shots, absolutely, but not a single other thing of value. It's incoherent and worse still, commits the cardinal sin of the Entertainment Industry: It's boring. If you're looking for the revival of the Western genre, on't look for it here.
