Katrina G Sep 20 A small and sweet movie. Acting was hit and miss but still enjoyable. Very tame- no violence, sex, or coarse language. Definitely shows the societal prejudices of the time...ex not using sign language in the school for the deaf because it would be "isolating"---rather teach lip reading (which just robs people who are deaf of a full language).
