The absolute funniest part of this frequently unintentionally funny movie is that in attempting to make a more modern movie about social media, and calling it #Xmas, Hallmark has made a movie that is almost impossible to search for... Go to Full Review

I can’t praise this ensemble and the inventiveness of these character arcs — specifically for a Hallmark movie — enough. Go to Full Review

John S @LoneJohnny5 1d Just average with a somewhat irrational plot. The female lead's character's behavior isn't justified. Acting is as good as the screenplay allows. I didn't feel like it was a total waste of time watching this, but don't expect too much if you do. See more cyprien N @cyprien 5d Christmas has a way of bringing people together. The older I get, the more I appreciate the simple moments with family and friends See more Simoné T @RT42829813 12/12/2024 The main character was too much, trying too hard to be "quirky" with over-the-top facial expressions, reactions, and speech manners. Yet in scenes she was supposed to be sad or crying (from the memories of her deceased father), it was hard to believe: she sniffles or seems sad for a split second, and then it just disappears . I don't know if it all was the actor's choice or the way the script was written, but either way it was a difficult watch. The other characters were good and well-rounded enough for your typical christmas movies. See more r 9 @RT00952237 12/22/2022 I guess it merits praise for not being as bad as it could've been. Given the obvious, I was not expecting '#Xmas' to pack any sort of punch - that title is an immediate red flag. Though, to be fair, it's actually an averagely fine festive flick for television. I will say that I did enjoy Clare Bowen in the lead role, nothing special granted but she's likeable. Brant Daugherty leads the rest of the cast OK, Lillian Doucet-Roche and Sebastian Stewart are alright too - even if their supposedly split relationship was a tad too one-sided against Doucet-Roche's character in my opinion. Overall, I think the film is just a little bit too forgettable - like, I don't dislike it but what really actually happens? Nothing memorable, unfortunately. See more Read all reviews
