I’ve gotten so numb to mass shootings, I didn’t think there was anything else I could hear about it. I’m shocked this series didn’t get more recognition. Absolute must watch for any citizen. And if you’re pro 2nd Amendment, this series is not political. It is survivors and first responders telling it how it happened. Even for events I read a lot of news coverage on at the time, like the Charleston shooting, this made me realize I hadn’t understood it at the time. See more 02/08/2021 A wasted opportunity to seriously confront the idiotic gun culture in the US. Apart from a few asides, there was tacit acceptance of it. (At one point a trauma health worker says that she understands why people "NEED to have guns". Really?) If this is how America confronts its gun culture then we can truly say: God save America. The best documentary series I have seen IN...Ever. the victims' recollections of the events are so specific that you can truly see it through their eyes. At least one comment in every episode will give you chills. I also appreciate the positive, Respectful representation of law enforcement as these officers and other authorities saved countless lives. Watch it, you won't be disappointed.
