It is also embarassing that they're selling feminism and female empowerment when I'm feeling second hand embarassment from having watched that. Kim should be thanking God every minute of the day for the writers only giving her lines containing six words or less because if there were any more she would be outed - everyone would know that she doesn't have a soul and possibly a demon. No fluctuation in her voice, her eyes vacant through every sentence. Are the words coming out of her mouth connecting to her brain? I can't tell. She is probably proud of herself for remembering the six words in order. Who allowed her to do this?! Hopefully surrounding her with talented actors doesn't inflate her ego any more and scramble her brain into believing she is up to par. Well, at least she can play 'dress up' as a lawyer since she couldn't pass the baby bar. I'm confident her father is very proud. OK, I vented. Outside of Kim - the show is cheesy AF and I have the suspicion AI wrote the whole show. Gross. At least they had the budget for great wardrobe styling.. Kim K, Niecy Nash & the teenagers TERRIBLE acting . Kim K is distracting like when she did American Horror Story. Her bad acting takes away from the plot cause everytime she’s on the screen you just focus on her obvious effort. Everyone else was ok. However, would watch this just for Sarah Paulson’s performance. The first 10 minutes felt more like a showcase of Kim Kardashian's lifestyle than the life of a successful Los Angeles attorney. Those opening minutes are critical, and unfortunately, the show didn't hook me. Kim's performance also felt stiff, especially during the meeting with their former boss. Some creative choices were distracting, including the unnecessary revealing wardrobe, which didn't feel believable for a respected attorney. The repeated glamour shots of the Bentley also felt more like a commercial than part of the story. Even the hairstyle didn't fit the character. I believe the producers share responsibility for these decisions. Their job is to protect the integrity of the story and the brand, and in this case, style seemed to take priority over substance.
