The people, places and ingredients he comes across help to influence his cooking style and the recipes he creates. The New York-based chef sometimes stays close to home -- like when he travels to Stone Barnes in the Hudson River Valley -- but other times he visits farther-away locales, including Italy, Australia and South Korea. After airing on PBS for two seasons, the show moves to Cooking Channel beginning with its third season.
