While it still delivers that signature noir aesthetic and strong voice performances, the season feels less consistent than earlier ones. Some episodes shine—offering deeper looks into villains or Bruce Wayne’s psyche—but others lean too heavily on familiar formulas without the same emotional weight. The animation is still slick, but the spark that made the first two seasons exceptional isn’t always there. It’s still Batman at its core, just not always at his best.
