With the state surrounded by water, surfing is a popular pastime -- of course -- in Hawaii. This drama series follows four young women in the Aloha State as they try to make it in the sport of professional surfing. The quartet -- Birdie, Lacey, Dawn and Kai -- must overcome differences within their group in order to -- with the help of instructor Justin -- become surfing stars. There is also a romantic conflict between two of the women, for Kai and Lacey are both interested in the same guy, Vin.
