Tv Season Info

Series 5 opens with work resuming for Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel), who's back from a dig in Guatemala, and Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz), who's anxious to return to duty six weeks after his brain surgery. An investigation kicks off when Angela's psychic (Cyndi Lauper) suggests there are bodies buried under a fountain in Washington, D.C. In other cases, the team probes the murders of a secret agent, an Amish youth, a Jeffersonian curator, an heir to a controversial chicken farm, a competitive gamer, a die-hard UFO believer and a wealthy daredevil. In addition, Brennan and Booth reflect on their first case together; and menacing murderer the Grave Digger goes on trial.

Audience Reviews for Bones: Season 5

  • Feb 18, 2019
Cases are very diverse and character development continues to be strong.
  • Sep 10, 2016
Starts to get a bit formulaic at times.
  • Aug 13, 2014
Whilst Bones holds some very interesting cases and Brennan still holds up as a admirable feminist icon, the show seems to start repeating itself much too often.
