Nov 24, 2021The beginning of the season felt a little rough and to much like the first season, but a few episodes in and you felt the vibe already. But i have to say that Liz Gillies (Fallon) is the real star of this show. The new Cristal is amazing and also does an incredible job. The rest of the cast as well.

Aug 31, 2020Dynasty is still my favorite soap opera of all time. Elizabeth Gillies gives two exceptional standout performances as both Fallon and Alexis Carrington (she gives a fantastic spot-on impression of Nicollette Sheridan, one of the best impressions I have ever seen). The other performances from Sam Underwood, Nicollette Sheridan, Rafael de La Fuente, Michael Michele, Maddison Brown, Alan Dale, Wakeema Hollis, Adam Huber, Grant Show, James Mackay, Katherine LaNasa, Brianna Brown, Ana Brenda Contreras, and Sam Adegoke were outstanding. The costumes were phenomenal especially the Wizard of Oz costumes in "That Witch" and the masquerade party outfits in "Life Is a Masquerade Party" as well as costumes throughout the season on Elizabeth Gillies, Nicollette Sheridan, Michael Michele, Wakeema Hollis, Ana Brenda Contreras, Rafael de La Fuente, Sam Adegoke, and Maddison Brown. The makeup and hairstyling was stupendous especially on Elizabeth Gillies (especially as Alexis), Nicollette Sheridan, Wakeema Hollis, Maddison Brown, Michael Michele, and Ana Brenda Contreras. The writing was terrific. The character development was excellent especially with Fallon, Alexis, Steven, Sam, Adam, Kirby, Blake, Cristal, Michael, Joseph, Liam, and Claudia. The chemistry between the cast is just amazing. The music is remarkable. An A+ sophomore season.

Aug 03, 2020It embraces its insane comedy a bit more than before and is perhaps even more fun.

Jul 12, 2020No expectations after season 1. I went in waiting for the cliches, the twists and the laughs. It delivers. Binge watching on Netflix was great. Again, my expectations were not high brow, and I understood from the first season what it was. I found myself tossed around and bit on who I wanted to win, but the thing is, I actually cared. That has to be a win. Good stuff so long as you are not expecting masterpiece theatre. Lots of snobbish reviews about writing and stuff are hoity toity caca. If you are here, you probably watched season 1 and you are not disappointed.

Jun 18, 2020Most characters are stupid, including Blake. Some Bad plots.
-
Jun 14, 2020Season 1 was fun, entertaining and smart, albeit some absurd plots. However season 2, I only made it to chapter 5 until it made me sick in my stomach. It became a cardboard live version of powerpuff girls. Full of crapish nonsense and way too forced situations it became unberable. I'm not planning to waste my time on it. I've had enough.

Jun 03, 2020I didn't really like the season finale, the new Cristal or that Steven didn't show up as often as he used to. He was one of the better characters. His relationship with Sam was really well developed in the first season. So it was really disappointing that they broke up. Sadly we never see Steven again. The storyline of him explaining how Adam tricked him would have been awesome. What's better in this season is the drama and the plot. I like how complicated Fallon's relationships are. Jeff's storyline is also really good. On par with the first season. Maybe a tiny bit worse if someone would put a gun on my head to decide :)

Apr 24, 2020Not as well at the first season but still interesting
