Host Stacey Dooley is joined by make-up and beauty experts Val Garland and Dominic Skinner in the search for Britain's next star make-up artist. During eight episodes, 10 aspiring make-up artists will live and work together, while they also compete in a series of challenges to prove their skills to the judges. The winner of the contest will be awarded with a highly sought-after contract to work with some of the world's biggest, and most well-known, names in the make-up industry.

Liz deserved to be the winner looking at all of their looks not just the final dumb 15 min challenge. It’s crazy they didn’t judge based off of all of their looks otherwise Lisa would have been the clear winner. See more Ra G @RT92921323 09/14/2023 The new host was not the problem- the main judges seem to judge contestants of color more harshly- I've seen talented persons of color voted off that could have gone the distance and won from season 1 on this show- I will be very surprised if a person of color even tries for season 5- it's beyond obvious that they are not wanted and definitely not appreciated on this show. I'm done- this is 2023- Gay talent, straight talent, black, white, yellow, brown- indifferent- all should be welcomed and celebrated.
