Philly M @RT40944558 May 2 Unfortunately having this show run 2 hours is probably is going to effect the rating on this show. People don't have the attention span they did before the social-media era so 2 hours is a stretch. I found the actual stories very interesting and Dr Drew is very good at explaining things in "layman's terms" and is well-versed in all areas discussed, but also allowed others involved in the show to tell their stories. Again,I loved the topics and would've given 5 stars, but due to the 2 hour length, gave 4. See more Pro P @RT61178888 03/31/2025 This show is not very well done. It goes on and on and on. See more Douglas B @RT62815536 03/29/2025 Yet another unimaginative "true crime" show that delves into ages-old stories, stalks the people involved, many of whom have already long suffered for their transgressions. What is the point in flogging these old stories which aren't even all that interesting? If you want to film true crime stories of inapproriate relations, abuse, taking advantage of power dynamics to compromise someone, there are any number of recent and ongoing high-profile offenders. Look to current politics, actors, and billionaires. I know, these are too "dangerous" to take on for the like of D. Drew, who obviously prefers ambushing decades old cases who won't suspect they are being covertly filmed by a creeper in their otherwise low-key day-to-day lives. This is just another example of our country's current trend in low-quality shows that prefer rehashing old stories rather than putting in the real work of developing creative new programming.
