The [premiere] is styled rather along the lines of an old Doris Day movie, with a soupy score, Victorian decor and an inherent stuffiness. Yet existing alongside are various flip conventions of the 1980s that do not blend in well. Go to Full Review

Set at a glitzy Francisco luxury resort for the stars...And this is a glossy-glam soap; big in that era; riding on the coattails of Dynasty; with that same glossy; rich, extravagant veneer and flavor.
