At just six episodes, this is a small-scale Marvel venture, leaning towards an adolescent audience, that’s not tied to previous stories but does possess a fair measure of galvanising energy. Go to Full Review

Ironheart fares better with the human element of the story. Though perhaps human isn’t the right word, given that the series’ most rewarding scenes revolve around Riri’s slightly uncanny friendship with Natalie... Go to Full Review

A likeable series with a cracking lead. It may not rock your world, but you also won’t regret time spent in Riri Williams’ company. Go to Full Review

Ironheart overall feels a little bit underwhelming. Putting everything together, I enjoyed the buildup, the lead, and I loved exploring more of Riri's character, But towards the end the narrative structure fell short and failed to grab me. Go to Full Review

Ironheart has some interesting ideas and themes, and a killer soundtrack, but in the end, it’s another mediocre Marvel. Go to Full Review

Pierre L @PierreSax 1d First 3 episodes are genuinely good. Fresh setting, Riri is compelling, the magic vs tech dynamic actually works. Then it falls apart. Every plot thread just... stays open. Riri's soul deal, Parker chasing new powers, Stane barely developed, Mephisto shows up for one scene then disappears. No resolution on anything. Marvel has been doing this since Disney took over. New show, new characters, new mysteries, zero payoff. It's not bold storytelling, it's just not finishing your sentences and calling it a cliffhanger. Contained stories aren't a weakness. Phase 1 proved that. You can set up the future AND give us an ending. That's the job, i'm disapointed. See more Anthony M @EpicGamer1O1 Mar 27 They’re trying to replace Iron man by adding a woman of color as a smarter person. I get the point but you can’t just replace Iron man and this and that just to look good. Stick with the lore, even in the comics she isn’t that much smarter. Just pisses me off how much they ruin the MCU just to put her See more Bret M. @BretM-3 Mar 20 I had relatively no expectations going into Ironheart, but ended up enjoying it quite a bit. It's not perfect though. One huge problem is the slow burn front half of the series. But if you make through the first three episodes , the rest is pretty good. The biggest problem is the writing. The actors are trying hard to make it work, but the script they were given wasn't very good. The dialogue is not good and a lot of the jokes or comedic elements do not land. That being said, there isn't a whole lot of comedy in this show. It leans a little more to the serious side, dealing with themes of PTSD and anxiety. Definitely more serious than "Thor: Love and Thunder." The action, cinematography, and camera movements are good though. It may be product placement, but I don't care: the showdown at White Castle was awesome! It was cool seeing Riri use her environment and tools around her to help her in a fight she wasn't prepared for and didn't have her suit for. Overall, I think Ironheart is good See more Ozzy B. @RT45380662 Mar 20 Just another Hollywood show made in bad faith. Absolute waste of time See more Tennessee1987 T @Tennessee1987 Mar 5 Recently did a rewatch, It's a lot better then many gave it credit.
