After a bullet shattered Detective Robert Ironside's spine, he decided that being in a wheelchair wouldn't prevent him from being just as good a cop. He and his handpicked team of specialists take on New York's most-notorious crimes, and he doesn't let things like rules slow him down in the pursuit of justice.
