To do this, Dio uses the power of an ancient stone mask, which allows him to become a powerful vampire. Harnav B @RT44675108 3d Pacing to story to music to backstory to voice acting (English) everything flowed so brilliantly it's just insane how it's all well done. The English dub is what I watched and I was blown away with how immersed it made me feel. Most dubs are nowhere near this good but with the voice acting here, you can tell steel ball run is way different. The animation and story structure is crafted with love, you can tell the passion that went into this.
