Even for those who don't like Amy Schumer's usual style, Michael Cera's endearing portrayal of John offers a delightful juxtaposition to Amy's humor. The show is a perfect balance of comedy and tragedy, with both laugh-out-loud and poignant moments sprinkled throughout this slice-of-life story.

This show is subtle, smart and moving with the perfect combination of cringe-comedy and feel-good human nature nuance. The show poster made if look like a Trainwreck reboot which i don't think anyone needs. But this is far better with beautiful subtlety and left field narrative.

Very weak. Like Schumer but this is not her best stuff. For example, to go out with someone with high level autism for quite some time and have no idea that they have it is simply not believable.

Terrible show. Unfunny in every way, at every turn, in every single godawful moment. Such crap. Poorly written and, as is her biggest flaw, terribly acted. Amy should return to her early roots of irreverent humor, and cut out this attempt at being dramatic or interesting as an actor... she is neither.

I enjoyed that this series was quiet and nuanced, but it was just missing something. The characters, relationships, and dialogue just didn't come all together. The finale was especially disappointing. You can watch it though and you won't hate that you did. There are some great subtle, dry comedic elements. But if you never saw it, you're not missing much.
