Mike M @mmx554 05/08/2023 A dysfunctional extended family inherits a farm on the verge of bankruptcy and the members do their best to rip each other to shreds. I now know much more about milk production and corporate finance than I ever expected (or wanted) to. That side of it got overly complicated to follow. Most of the central characters become slowly more unlikeable as the series developed and the worst aspects of their personalities came to the fore. The main character, a gay coke snorting financier, was well played but why the boyfriend put up with him for so long, was rather mysterious seeing he acted like a complete arse. Watchable, but not great. See more Rudy A 01/04/2023 Grandma is a bitter old woman. Dad let the farm slide into bankruptcy and committed suicide. Mom is controlling, dishonest and self-centered. Daughter Sarah is evil enough to plot against her own family. Son Lorenz, mentally challenged and violent, is now to run the farm And Dad left a note asking son Michi, a gay coke-snorting Wall Street type, to figure out how to help him finance it.
