There’s a sadness to Attenborough these days. He doesn’t even try to hide it. The wonder is still there too, but it is a wonder that has shifted from “look at all this amazing stuff!” to “look how amazing it is that all this stuff is still clinging on”. Go to Full Review

Alison Rowat The Herald (Scotland) 11/06/2023
This is what Attenborough offers -- continuity and perspective. He knows what is happening to the world because he has observed it for himself. He is a walking, talking chronicle of all that has been done and remains to be done. Go to Full Review
Christopher Stevens Daily Mail (UK) 10/23/2023
All this is narrated in the reassuring Attenborough style, always erudite but never pompous, and with that edge of mischievous humour. Though he'd scoff at the notion, his touch has become almost supernatural. Go to Full Review

See more Laurence S @RT97925517 11/06/2023 David A back at his best, he manages to do this without the hyperbole and over dramatic soundtrack of other attempts to present nature shows, where everything is an existential event.
