Rebel was fueled by a beautiful message and an outstanding performance from Katey Sagal. This was one of my favorite new shows of 2021 and an A+ season. I have NO idea where critics are coming from as they pan this show as preachy! I find it fresh, fun and fast paced! I was hooked by the end of the Pilot episode! Kudos to the head of casting! Rarely have I fallen in love with each and every character in the first episode. This show clearly speaks to those leaning liberal, free thinkers and people who have heard of NPR! I know the show has been officially cancelled, but I'm hoping that it will be picked up by a streaming service!
