The most frightening function Red Rose performs is reminding us that we’re too far gone to stop an attack like this. Go to Full Review

Paul and Michael Clarkson have given the series a real, gritty contrast to the fake-pretty app graphics by setting it in their Northern hometown, with its abandoned industrial buildings surrounded by moorland. Go to Full Review

Slights aside, this is an absorbing tale of grief garnished with unpredictable moments and likable characters. The horror isn’t always the focus here, however whenever the need for digitally influenced dread does come up, Red Rose doesn’t hold back. Go to Full Review

babarizam D @RT59932316 May 1 Lead character is so dislike able that I wished something bad should happen to her. Her behaviour was as she knew better. Moreover first part of the story could have been concluded in 10 to 15 minutes. One of the worst ending I have seen among all the Stephan king's work See more Marissa @MonyMovies Jan 24 This show was good, but it felt like too much exposition and not enough focus on the “main” character (Wren). A very deep plot on grief, but the mystery of Red Rose felt surface level of derivative. See more sammie T @RT61665565 02/16/2025 It's okay. It has an interesting premise and good cinematography, but the small plot holes get really irritating (even though I know they're needed to keep the plot going.) See more Ace C @RT26995692 11/11/2024 Red Rose starts off promising but ultimately fails to deliver in any meaningful way after the second episode. Each episode will have you scratching your head and asking the question, why? The show's writing forces the characters into unlikely scenarios to create suspense, while undermining the shows narrative and revealing the true horror which is the show abhorent writing. In all honesty, I have no idea how this show received a single good review. I can not think of a show or movie I would recommend less than Red Rose. See more Kams A @OnlyRaj 10/30/2024 Red Rose starts off with a promising premise, delving into a chilling blend of teen drama and supernatural horror. However, the initial intrigue quickly dissipates as glaring continuity errors and illogical character choices begin to undermine the narrative. The rushed pacing and underdeveloped plot points leave viewers feeling unsatisfied and yearning for a more cohesive and satisfying conclusion. See more Gloria S @RT30938725 08/30/2024 The premise had me hooked. But the execution? Wow, did it let me down. The characters are so one-dimensional that I couldn’t care less what happened to them, which is a problem in a horror series, right? See more Read all reviews
