An alien crashes on Earth and hides in a remote Colorado mountain town. After assuming the identity of the town doctor, Harry Vanderspeigle, his nefarious mission to kill all humans is threatened when he realizes one of the townspeople, a 9-year-old boy, can see his true alien form. Harry starts off living a simple life, but things get a bit rocky when he's roped into solving a local murder and realizes he needs to assimilate into his new world and slowly begins to wrestle with the moral dilemma of his secret mission on Earth.

Most of the success comes through Tudyk’s work that includes the challenge of showing how an alien would react to suddenly having to deal with a human body.

The first season was great, but the second season's writing was mostly terrible, with juvenile humor and dumb dialogue that didn't match the intelligence of season 1.

This show is the most entertaining and watchable and enjoyable of the decade. On so many levels. Could watch Wetterlund's and Tudyk's characters all day long, but every single cast member's performance is in perfect tune with everyone else's.

The continuation of this fabulous story is most welcomed. Bringing even more laughs, smiles, and tears. What an adventure to see this show evolve. Again the cast is absolutely amazing!
