Watching it was like going on an adventure that ends in one big family meal and I was eating up every bite. Go to Full Review

That interest in the people, places, and produce she encounters is very evident on-screen. Kristen is an outstanding host, and by far the best part of Restaurants at the End of the World, which is by itself a great entry into the food/travel space. Go to Full Review

Docuseries exploring food and culture can easily move into a territory that others the subjects. But that’s not Restaurants At The End of The World. Here, Chef Kish is a wonderful host who isn’t in these remote locations to teach; she is there to learn. Go to Full Review

Danette W. @RT93237966 Oct 24 Great cooking adventure See more Julia O @RT07991791 03/26/2025 Ive never written a review for a tv show before! But I couldn’t believe how amazing this random Hulu pick turned out to be. Kristen Kish is a breath of fresh air. She emits true kindness and true talent. It’s so clear that all the chefs are honored to work with her, and she is honored to work with them too. I hope this gets another season. I want more! What a clever idea too… who knew remote restaurants could be this intriguing! See more S E @RT19138617 10/16/2023 This is a fantastic series that deserves another season with more episodes. I am looking forward to seeing more from Chef Kristen. She is quite an inspiration. See more Ann B @Anya33 04/17/2023 Wonderful show and unlike anything else on TV! Part of the joy of this show is the fact that Kristan is an active participant cooking along with the chefs she visits. See more Jason V @RT90952153 03/24/2023 So far I love the new show. Kristen is such an amazing personality. I hope is renewed for many seasons. I'd even love to see her in other projects. See more Jen L @RT85725677 03/22/2023 This is beautifully shot. The locations are interesting and diverse. However, I can't help thinking of the Ralph Fiennes movie, ‘The Menu', as I imagine all the wealthy polluter elites going to far flung places for dinner. This is especially jarring if one watches the news and is horrified by the increasing inequity across the world. It's hard to watch these privileged people enjoy a meal, harvested from local forests, fjords and meadow while locals may end up going without something because a traditional food source is now trendy. I like parts of this show, while being really disgusted with the western world and our need to consume everything in our path. Or even outside of it. See more Read all reviews
