Selling the OC doesn't quite have the je ne sais quoi of Sunset yet, and it still needs to find its own rhythm for it to last beyond its spin-off appeal before fans switch off. Regardless, it does have a great entertainment value. Go to Full Review

Real estate reality spin-off has more drama, less selling. Go to Full Review

The new agents of Selling the OC step right up with the ringing drama phone in hand, and they’re never far away from another luscious and impossibly expensive oceanfront property. Go to Full Review

James J @RT08423095 Mar 25 not real estate, is just drama, of operated blondies and operated male blondies, don't waste your time, it has nothing to do with real estate. See more Lily H @RT16346659 Mar 16 I disagree with many of the previous reviews. I started watching Selling OC as a spin-off to fill the gap between seasons of Selling Sunset, but Sunset has increasingly become dominated by trivial, over-exaggerated drama and has largely lost my interest. Selling OC, on the other hand, still feels more authentic. The relationships come across as more genuine, and the show keeps a stronger focus on what actually makes it interesting—real estate. I also feel the cast seems more grounded, with more believable backgrounds. In comparison, the cast of Selling Sunset has started to feel overly egotistical, and it definitely shows on screen. See more David F @dfulmer 09/02/2023 There's too much soap opera and not enough real estate drama. See more MRL A @RT42057270 10/01/2022 An absolutely ridiculous series! The cast is fake and tried way too hard creating make believe drama. Waste of time! See more l g @bearcrkrd 09/14/2022 S1 drama got too too heavy at the end. before that it was better than most episodes of Selling Sunset S5. when they're at a listing, get-togethers, and bits of in the office (before major drama), this is actually pretty good. closeup of Gio sitting at his keyboard exaggeratedly sipping from an obviously empty mug notwithstanding. later that episode Jason showed 'em how to use a good long slurp to sell it. PS; all these people really do work for Oppenheim Group, Newport Beach. See more Nickola W @GirlNick 09/05/2022 I was super excited to see some real estate but I just cannot handle the drama. Do you know who makes fun of person for their education? Stupid people. Every time they criticized the only educated person in the cast, I thought, are you serious? I don't know how Alex Hall's logic processes. I try, really hard, to follow her gaslighting but its just so hard to follow. I wouldn't even bother talking to her for any reason. This is so infantile. News ladies. There are literally millions of single moms making it happen out there. Get the heck over your own personal drama. Emo kids need to leave the emo behind after they have kids of their own. And Polly is just a ridiculous person. I wish this was more like the previous show as there was drama, sure, but they sold houses and discussed markets. That was interesting. Who sucked on who's nose is not interesting.
