Our need for solace is acute, and “Shrinking” is meeting it with an exceptional, timely arc about taking shelter in the communities we create. Go to Full Review

The greatest pleasure Shrinking has gifted the audience is how it’s evolved and expanded, and has become an even more potent piece of art about kindness and compassion than Ted Lasso. Go to Full Review

This third and by no means final run has become so soft and gooey it melted into a sentimental puddle. Go to Full Review

NerdCall T @nerdcall 4d The new season arrives with the same vibe as the others. It follows exactly the same structure, with the same characters and the same cozy way of tackling heavy topics without ever feeling truly heavy. It’s the kind of series you tune into already knowing how you’re going to feel. And yes, you can tell it’s starting to wear thin. The story goes around in circles a bit, some conflicts feel all too familiar, and you get the sense that the series has already said most of what it had to say. But at the same time, it’s hard to care that much about it. Because at the end of the day, following these people is still too comforting to give up. Even if it’s repetitive, it still works as that "cozy little episode" in the middle of the week, and sometimes that’s exactly all you need. See more Danny L @Dman2 Apr 9 First off, that Paul guy who made a review before me needs to chill. You’re projecting Paul 🤣. Have you ever lost a wife? Anyhow, amazing show, season three final episode hits good. 😭 See more Rosi M @RT32502538 Apr 8 Season 3 of Shrinking lands at a solid 81% and honestly, it hits that sweet spot where you’re either laughing, crying, or somehow doing both at once. The script is incredible—sharp, warm, and full of those little lines that stick with you. It truly feels like an ensemble, with every character getting something meaningful to go through in their own funny or emotional way. That balance is what makes it special. It’s easily one of my favourite shows on the air right now, and I’m impatient for whatever comes next. Can’t wait to see how the story grows next season. See more Nicholas M. @wrtrmanla Apr 4 Season 3 of Shrinking is a masterclass in "high-functioning grief" that balances its sitcom soul with the devastatingly human progression of Paul’s health decline. While it occasionally flirts with "mawkish schmaltz," the series is anchored by Harrison Ford’s career-best performance and a script that trades easy quips for genuine emotional evolution. It is a warm, life-affirming dive into the messy reality of healing, proving that even as the characters hit their psychological breaking points, the show’s heart remains the strongest pulse on Apple TV+. See more Paul B @OddBurton Apr 4 I hate Segel's character, Jimmy. This sad, pathetic sack of shit is the most annoying character ever conceived. Three seasons in ... Zero development, zero progression, just the same over-played woe-is-me childish drama episode after episode. The irony of his being a therapist is thick enough to spread on the world's largest slice of burnt toast. Superb show, otherwise. See more Read all reviews
