Samantha C 01/15/2024 I'm surprised at the animosity of the reviews for the show and the contestants. This is a light hearted feel good show - that helps young adults who have been disconnected from nature learn to get back to basics and learn teamwork, and self efficiency. It's a nice reminder, that if we put people in the right environment, growth is possible. I think some of the negative reviews maybe are snowflaking on the show! That, or misguided as to the premise of the show, or comparing it to different genres I genuinely started to like the constestants and found myself proud of how they grew. See more Mel A 07/14/2023 This was a fun watch. I first had to wonder about the ethics... like... was that spy cam really ethical? And the initial bait and switch, while perhaps necessary for the show's premise... is all that ethical? Also, it was very random. Bringing in the girl mid-journey, somewhat framed as a "prize" for the boys team when they introduced her... (come on, so misogynistic) and not introducing anyone else.... was that a producer call to strengthen the ratio of hot girls? It's kind of bad TV, to be honest. But like, I binged the whole thing and had a fun time with it. Not just that, but there was some personal growth for those that stayed that was nice to see. The team hosts, Joel and Matt... were sometimes nice and sometimes d-bags, and often without much rhyme or reason.... the chicken episodes were so stupid.... again.... bad tv but I enjoyed it nevertheless and wish it got picked up for a second season. Hopefully one day in the future they can modify and bring back this premise, it's fun! See more Black B 04/08/2023 Los realitys show pueden que no sean realista y hasta cierto punto aburridos o inverosímiles, por eso mismo no le tenia altas expectativas y solo esperaba un show que me hiciera apagar el cerebro y ver a estos niños ricos en la naturaleza, y aunque en gran parte si es eso y cumple también nos hace ver las diferentes perspectivas de las personas y como estás pueden cambiar su forma de ser si se lo proponen, también eso no justifica de que son personas las cuales son ricas y solo tienen problemas de nepotismo por no tener que luchar por nada, y aunque en verdad si sucede de que tienen que ir a buscar su comida también les dan lecciones de vida que podrían ocupar después del show, tienes que tener el chip de que esta serie no es una serie de supervivencia en donde tienen que buscar su comida o así, en realidad en cualquier momento se pueden ir y hay un premio los cuales los incita a seguir en la competencia, creo que este es mas un campamento para que valoren sus vidas y empiecen a pensar en el futuro estos chicos, con lo anterior no quiero decir que es un show perfecto, en realidad es bastante mediocre y se ve de ante mano que les dijeron a las personas que sobre exageraran sus interpretaciones en el show, pero si quieres ver algo entretenido y apagar tu cerebro creo que este es el show para ti. See more 07/16/2022 at first, i thought i would hate the show. gathering a bunch of worthless attention seekers and throwing them into a reality show. but as the show progresses, I see them experiencing something that I don't see every day and they really grow. and that really changes my perspective on the show. hope to see more seasons.
