Childish writing to push one sided liberal politics. Gene Roddenberry would be so frustrated how the Star Trek brand has been ruined.

Love it back to the heart of Star Trek

Unwatchable. Very contemporary politics are subject in the first episode. The extremly thin stories are drowned in annoyingly goofy ramblings to hastely introduce the characters. The actors have close to no charisma.

Best live action star trek since DS9

I must confess, they are persistents. Continuing improving their capability to destroy Star Trek! I will not see any of theese until the showrunners are completely changed! Thats enough, the line must be drawn here!

Finally a Star Trek production from Kurtzman that vaguely resembles Star Trek. If you tuned out over Discovery, Picard, and the various cartoon digs, give this one a shot. Also: Live Long and Prosper!

Thank GOD they went back to the episodic format. The whole point of Star Trek - all series-was the adventure of visiting a different planet, dealing with a new crisis, or diving into different characters each week. The long story arcs are not well written enough to hold one's interest. We have been pretty horrified by Discovery and Picard. Such potential, but rotten execution.

I think the show is focusing too much on female characters creating a soap opera effect. Guys like action the soapy dialouge is a turn off. Take a cue from The Mandalorian. Dont follow Halo, Discoverys or Picards play book, all those shows are Soap Operas, that is why they are bad. You would think hollywood could figure that out. Even the walking dead has fallen into that trap. Can the guys have one Star Trek. Women have all the new ones. Its painfully obvious. Please SNW...take a chance on the fellas. We got you!

Episode s01e03 is seriously unoriginal and boring, and the situation with the doctor is completely anti-Star Trek and just plain stupid. The writers have no clue how to handle the ST universe. This is a shift from the first two episodes that were moderately enjoyable. Let's see how this season evolves, updating when it's complete.
