Comic book store owner Stuart Bloom is tasked with restoring reality after he breaks a device built by Sheldon and Leonard, accidentally bringing about a multiverse Armageddon. Stuart is aided in this quest by his girlfriend Denise, geologist friend Bert, and quantum physicist/all-around pain in the ass Barry Kripke. Along the way, they meet alternate-universe versions of characters we’ve come to know and love from “The Big Bang Theory.” As the title implies, things don’t go well.

Stuart Fails to Save the Universe has no laugh track, and plays like an action-adventure series. But it's relentlessly, inventively funny. Go to Full Review

It’s hard to get invested in infinite and therefore consequence-free worlds -- and, in terms of the comedy, I only really chuckled at Posehn’s deadpan reactions to each strange new one. Go to Full Review

Nerds trying to be funny can be wearisome and mildly tragic but there is something engaging in seeing them immerse themselves in the kind of weirdo adventures they enjoy obsessing about. Go to Full Review

The result is a deeply weird show that is both thrillingly original and disappointingly wedded to the past. Go to Full Review

Sussman and Posehn still have their awkward, nerdy charm from The Big Bang Theory. But this time, the pressure is on them to carry through an entire series. Go to Full Review

High-concept, imaginative and littered with guest stars from The Big Bang Theory universe, this wild spin-off is good weird fun. Go to Full Review

Sergio F @RT15382699 1d I genuinely enjoy every single episode of this show. There is something special about seeing these characters in different situations: no one feels unnecessary, and no one feels missing. One of the most refreshing things about the series is how the roles have changed. Characters who were once secondary are now the protagonists, while the former main characters have naturally become supporting ones, and somehow it works perfectly. The stories are lighthearted, entertaining, fresh, and full of charm. You don't even need to know or have watched The Big Bang Theory to enjoy it. This series has built its own identity and, most importantly, its own soul. It is simply one of those shows that makes me happy every time I watch it. I know I will remember it fondly and come back to watch it again and again. See more Nadine D @Vilanelle 2d It’s funny, light and refreshing to see well known characters again in another setting. I like the new clever absurdity in each episode. See more Rachael C @unchangedtersina 3d This feels like someone put The Big Bang Theory cameos into Sliders and told everyone to just go with it. It's silly, nostalgic and definitely not trying to be serious sci-fi. Some jokes miss completely, but when it works, it's genuinely hilarious. See more Cynthia T @Lilia415 4d I’m absolutely engaged! I love it See more Tim F @Timf12 4d I like this cast. There’s a couple funny lines. But this lost my interest hard in the third to fourth episode. See more Andrea G @Andii_8 4d Está muy entretenida la serie además salen muchos personajes de antes me encanta porque es absurda de eso se trata 🥰👍🏻 See more Read all reviews
