The second season of this comedy series brings back all the employees of the Cloud 9 superstore. Following Glenn's (Mark McKinney) firing, all the employees decide to walk out in protest. When the situation gets worse, Amy (America Ferrera) and Jonah (Ben Feldman) create a full-on strike. Other story lines this season include a Dog Adoption Day, led by Jonah and Mateo (Nico Santos); the Cloud 9 store becoming an official polling place; and the crew having to deal with the rush of Black Friday.

It's ... sweet, for lack of a better word. Built around the dependably terrific America Ferrara (Ugly Betty), Superstore doesn't scream of innovation and isn't particularly edgy. It is, however, a good show.

    Superstore has really improved since its first season. This season has better writing and was much funnier. The cast performances were even better this season and I fell they all gave stupendous and very funny performances especially America Ferrera, Ben Feldman, Lauren Ash, Colton Dunn, Nichole Bloom, Nico Santos, Mark McKinney, and Kaliko Kauahi.
