In this comedic prequel event series to the Ted films, it's 1993, and Ted the bear’s moment of fame has passed. He’s now living back home in Framingham, Massachusetts with his best friend, 16-year-old John Bennett, along with John’s parents, Matty and Susan and cousin Blaire. Ted may be a lousy influence on John, but at the end of the day, he’s a loyal pal who’s always willing to go out on a limb for friendship.

I'm someone who loves and appreciates the dark, twisted and crude humor of Seth MacFarlane. I've watched almost everything that Seth has made. So when I found out he was making a Ted TV Series, I was so excited. I loved season one and now that season two has come out, I figured it was time to make a review. This show is perfect in every way. It's crude, vulgar and outright hilarious. However, there are several episodes that are politically left-leaning with a message of course. According to Seth's ideology in all of his films/tv shows, love conquers all. And while that's true, the political messaging gets tiresome. It's hard to believe that this show costs $8-$10M per episode to make, and it's all because of Ted's CGI. And it's sad that there's reportedly no plans for a third season. Ted will be forever cherished. Hopefully the upcoming animated series is good (fingers crossed). Overall, Ted is worth watching. And I highly recommend it. See more Read all reviews
