Experimental Prototype City of Tomorrow
Critic Consensus: Welcome comic relief, plot developments leaving the central characters' future further in doubt, and an appearance by Margo Martindale make "Experimental Prototype City of Tomorrow" an integral transitional episode.

Critic reviews for Experimental Prototype City of Tomorrow
My favorite moment of this week's The Americans was silent. Told that she's been found guilty, that the only question is whether she'll survive her punishment, triple-crossed triple-agent Nina is handed a letter written on her behalf by Anton Baklanov.
Paige truly is at the center of it all, even when no one party knows all of the consequences.
This was a decent enough episode, I suppose, if a bit uneventful, for the most part- at least until the end.
William is my favorite new character to appear on this show in quite a while... William is so dryly funny, and in a way only an Americans character could be.
Claudia! Always nice when Character Actress Margo Martindale can find time to revisit her old friends here.
