Aug 31, 2022How did this ever get 2 seasons?

Mar 29, 2022Spy agent + Queen Latifah + minority stories (of current events) = ADDICTING SHOW . LOVE EQUALIZER !!

Mar 07, 2022This is a good show. The writing is decent, albeit predictable, and the acting is solid. The kid gets on my nerves though. You'd think eventually she would learn to stop being so self-absorbed. But apparently the lessons are bouncing off her narcissism. Maybe some character development would be appropriate. Additionally, most of the single episode characters are two dimensional.

Feb 04, 2022Dross and that's doing it a favour.

Jan 14, 2022So far, the 2nd season is just as good as the 1st. The actors, writers, everyone involved with the show are doing a great job!
-
Jan 11, 2022I want to like this but can't seem to enjoy it with the current lead.

Jan 05, 2022I loved the original Equaliser and its premise of an ex Secret Service agent and his colleague helping those in need fight against unsuspecting bad guys. I really wanted to enjoy this incarnation of the show as well. But miscasting a middle aged black lady in the title role has ruined the franchise. This is a believable to me as having a grade 5 primary school teacher run out the classroom to beat up gang of organised crime thugs each week. Sorry but some roles need Bruce Willis or Arnold type actors to pull off. This is one of them.

Nov 09, 2021The second season is as enjoyable as the first. Latifa is amazing as the Equalizer, and the writing really connects. Good job!
