Sly himself is reality TV gold. They all seem perfectly lovely, but they are so keen to portray themselves as the perfect loving family that it begins to get deeply weird – as anyone with access to the internet can easily find out for themselves. Go to Full Review

What stops this from being a soullessly cynical enterprise is the sheer likeability of Stallone himself, and the fact that the family plainly adore one another. Go to Full Review
Hamish Macbain London Evening Standard 05/15/2023

This is trash television, obviously. But it is also well aware of this, and because its patriarch remains one of the most likeable people to ever swagger in front of a camera, it is eminently watchable. Go to Full Review
Karl Puschmann New Zealand Herald 02/12/2025
When it comes to being a reality TV star, Rambo’s been completely outgunned by the Kardashians. Go to Full Review
Dustin Rowles Pajiba 06/10/2023
The series is painfully mundane, a heavily curated 22-minute Facebook photo come to life. Go to Full Review
Melissa Camacho Common Sense Media 05/30/2023
But The Family Stallone is produced and heavily-edited to create a young, energetic, and positive vibe, despite the family patriarch being in his late 70s. Go to Full Review

Daniel M @MazzaQuePasa 09/19/2023 I really didn't care for the scenes with his daughters and wife, I just wanted Stallone on screen the entire time lol I couldn't watch it all, I just picked and choose a few episodes. See more Thor J @RT83796322 07/08/2023 It is so disappointing to realize that an actor you like is super, super misogynistic and has passed that down to his family. I was charmed in the first episode and kept going, only to feel my skin crawl later on when the "family values" became apparent. Also, nepotism. Nepotism everywhere with very little talent to back it up. Don't get me wrong, his daughters seem sweet and capable. It's just unfortunate that they've bought into what their parents believe. And finally…. Why is nobody talking about how his children call him by his first name??? See more Daliene I @RT97135849 07/01/2023 This is a great family show! I love watching these maga-famous celebrities be outstanding parents! ❤️ See more James W @Maxmarg93 06/13/2023 In the same vane as the Hogan's. It draws me in and before I know it I've watched a whole episode. I know I shouldn't but It's like watching a car crash, I just can't look away. See more Jennifer N @RT05373409 06/10/2023 It's so refreshing to see Sly as a family man and his interactions with the girls, wife, brother and friends. Love the show! See more Edoardo C @HAROLDO 06/01/2023 normally, I'm not a fan of reality shows. I mean I'm a very difficult customer for someone who's selling a reality tv product. is quite like someone is offering me the 6 months fermented 6 feet under norwegian shark. not my kind of thing. at all. but Sly is almost, almost, like Arnold. you got to take at least a peak. you really have to. and I did. now every thursday I even remember that a new episode pop up. it is very well shaped. they seems sincerely spontaneously themselves. definitely a watchable tv show.
