One reason that this show works as TV therapy is that the contestants are quiet, creative nerds not "look at me" egomaniacs and they take their stress cracks on the chin. Go to Full Review

I know it's just a bit of heartwarming skill, leavened this year by a fab new presenter, Derry Girls' Siobhán McSweeney... but sometimes a bit of even manipulated heartwarming is just the very dab after serial killers. Go to Full Review
