The Greatest Rivalry: India vs Pakistan is unquestionably disappointing, both as a sports drama and as a piece of non-fiction storytelling. Go to Full Review

Netflix’s The Greatest Rivalry – India vs Pakistan is highly entertaining and makes you feel nostalgic. It is dramatised no doubt, but what is India-Pakistan match without a little bit of drama. Go to Full Review

Atul D Mar 10 If you are above 50 i.e. have seen cricket from 70s till now - this is must see. It will bring back old memories. During 70s Pakistan had great team and their ability win matches against India was remarkable. In one of the episode there is mention of secret meeting between Chandu Borde the manager of Indian team and players had good time with Sarfaraz Nawaaz (celebrity bowler) and learned the art of reverse swing from him. I would have appreciated the gesture of Sarfaraaz more than Chandu Borde. Sarfaraaz demonstrated far better human characteristics of sharing secret recipe. Rather it is shown as if Chandu Borde extracted this information for the team. Appreciate Chandu Borde for inviting Sarfaraaz and team and conducting the get together. One of the sport’s worlds greatest rivalries, India vs Pakistan is a competitive feud that has captivated generations of cricket fans in the respective countries and abroad. Its a rivalry that makes you understand how even a simple game of cricket can help lift the spirits of a nation, and bring another one’s down for the day. This docuseries is informative and entertaining for the most part, but I feel its highly in favour of India. Had this been made in a lesser bias manner, maybe I would’ve enjoyed it more. But for non cricket fans, or just sport rivalry enthusiasts, this would be a good watch! See more Read all reviews
