There’s something about Thermae Romae Novae that’s quite unlike any other anime series out there. Overall, it is a great watch and and a wonderful breath of fresh air. See more 07/12/2022 I'm fascinated by Roman history, so I was happy to find an anime that incorporates it. Now I'm having fun learning about Japanese bathing culture. Also, I appreciate the show's lighthearted, not-taking-itself-too-seriously vibe. It's relaxing to be absorbed in. The amount of feel good moments is staggering in this series. Watching this serie makes me feel happy even after endtitles. There is something in it that touches deeper. In this modern world it is so easy to get disconnected even from very foundational requirement of well being - warm bath, which by the way is all there is for the first nine months of our lives.
