Omar G @RT49327706 11/21/2024 It's no wonder there was only one season, only two redeemable episodes, the one with S1.E6 ∙ The Creep in the Walls and the one S1.E7 ∙ The Haunted Shower. S1.E1 ∙ The Red Room 6/10, the first episode was like Hostel (2005), which in turn was like Reservoir Dogs (1992), with the scene of the torture in the chair with Mr. Blonde Vic Vega, the hostage policeman. Maybe this chapter was based on a draft of some Hostel sequel by Eli Roth. S1.E2 ∙ The Bite 6/10, the second episode only had the pretty girl, the plot was very exaggerated with smarts mutant spiders. S1.E3 ∙ The White Dress 6/10, the third episode, about the tall lesbian girl, she should have looked at her friend better. S1.E4 ∙ The Choking Doberman 6/10, the fourth episode seemed boring to me. S1.E5 ∙ The Harvest 1/10, the fifth episode was the worst, they were all unpleasant characters. The fat guy deserved more suffering. The scorned ex-wife was ridiculous and the traitorous friend puppet manipulated by sex. S1.E6 ∙ The Creep in the Walls 7/10, the sixth episode was one of the two best episodes of the series. The sister girls survive, but the protagonist was left with psychological damage. It was like Wes Craven's The People Under the Stairs (1991). S1.E7 ∙ The Haunted Shower 7/10, the one with the loser ghost and the two pretty girls. The possessed girl deserved a better ending, the other girl witnessed and not help, the loser ghost and the way he used her makes me think that the death of that nerdy ghost was deserved. S1.E8 ∙ The Scuba Diver 2/10, the eighth episode was filler, terrible plot of the diver in a fire and the girl was like the girl with premonitions from the movie Pet Sematary (1989), the father was an idiot. Good takes on urban legends from different directors. some of the histories are really streched out to fill the runtime, like the Chocking Doberman, but still interesting, keeping you in your toes.
