The series is quick-witted about twenty-something foibles and sharply paced, as Liza gets a younger boss (Hilary Duff) and a younger boyfriend. Go to Full Review

The most overwhelming emotion I feel is relief. The last season, number seven, was pretty excruciating. Go to Full Review

As to the new season, and without going into details, the game board will again be turned over, the cards thrown in the air to put relationships out of joint, interfere with plans, raise questions. Go to Full Review

The twelve-episode season f---ed around for the majority of the time, with most of the forward momentum happening in the premiere and finale episodes and even then it was mostly undoing all of the plot thus far. Go to Full Review

It's sad that the Younger carousel will stop spinning this season, but we're grateful for the dizzying ride. Go to Full Review

The I Feb 6 After 7 seasons, leads Sutton, Hillary and also Peter still haven't improved their acting skills and are outshined by the supporting cast in every scene - as usual. Sutton's face is a constant, strange and awkward grimace, Peter is smiling like an idiot in situations where he shouldn't and Hillary is just a horrible. The first two seasons were alright, the rest was painful to watch mostly because of Sutton. Hope the casting director gets fired. See more L. F Jan 15 It was definitely time for the show to wrap up. Unfortunately, I'm not sure series 7 did a particularly good job of doing this in a way which honoured the characters. Josh was completely redundant in this series. Diana being on holiday for the entire thing was a major cop-out (but I can't blame the actress for not returning). The storyline with Maggie's ex was lazy & unnecessary. The decision to keep Lauren's character one dimensional meant she stayed a minor character, but with too much focus on her throughout. Charles' character is really gross in this series - he's manipulative, mean spirited & only happy when he's pulling power moves over the women at his company. I didn't understand Charles & Liza's ending at all. Sadly, I cared even less. The last few episodes were rushed, with storylines either ending abruptly or being left too open ended & incomplete. Not very satisfying for a series finale, let alone the final ever episode. Series 1-5 were great! It should've stopped there. See more Vera N Jan 13 I love this show but Charles constantly finding a reason to reject Liza as soon as they make up has been disappointing. I am a new fan of Hilary Duff now - she is great, and I really warm up to her character. See more Belinda J Jan 4 Well, I am sad to get off the roller coaster ride this show brings, but I have had a blast watching all of it and seeing the characters developing and grow (well, some of them!). I am sure the ending will be polarizing for many, but I thought it was really intelligently delivered. I would love to see a follow-up movie! See more Design B @honeybee86 Aug 20 Just trash. Another banal ending regurgitated by Netflix's miserable writers who just can't tie any loose ends and/or gratify their audience with a meaningful resolution.
