April Yvette Thompson was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Thompson's career as an actress began when she landed roles on the series "Third Watch" (NBC, 1999-2005) and "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" (2001-2011). She then acted in "The Exonerated" (2004-05), the romantic comedy "The Accidental Husband" (2009) with Uma Thurman and the Isaiah Washington crime drama "Blue Caprice" (2013). More recently, Thompson acted on "Gotham" (Fox, 2014-).
