Bio: Jeremy Sheffield (born March 17 1966 in Kelvedon, Essex, UK) is an English actor. Jeremy trained as a ballet dancer with the Royal Ballet at Covent Garden before becoming an actor. However his ballet career was brought to an end at the age of 27 by a broken toe and torn ligament. He has notably been in the UK drama Holby City where he played Alex Adams (2000-2003).
