Kenneth Joel "Kenny" Hotz (born in Toronto, Canada) is a Canadian filmaker, actor, producer, director, journalist, photographer and writer. He is most famous for co-starring with Spencer "Spenny" Rice on the Canadian television show Kenny vs. Spenny.
