Monty Norman was most commonly known for his impressive musical talents. Norman began his entertainment career with his music featured in films like "Expresso Bongo" (1959), "The Two Faces of Dr. Jekyll" (1961) with Paul Massie and "Call Me Bwana" (1963) with Bob Hope. His music also appeared in "Dr. No" (1963) and "From Russia With Love" (1964). In the seventies and the eighties, Norman devoted his time to various credits, such as "The Spy Who Loved Me" with Roger Moore (1977), "Moonraker" (1979) and "For Your Eyes Only" (1981) starring Roger Moore. He also worked on "Octopussy" (1983). Norman's music was also featured in the Pierce Brosnan hit action movie "Tomorrow Never Dies" (1997), the dramatic adventure "He Got Game" (1998) with Denzel Washington and the Pierce Brosnan blockbuster action picture "The World Is Not Enough" (1999). His music was also featured in the Daniel Craig box office smash action film "Casino Royale" (2006). Norman's music was most recently used in the Daniel Craig hit action flick "Skyfall" (2012). Monty Norman died on July 11, 2022 at the age of 94.
