Biography:
I am the 23 year old Publisher, Editor and Senior Film Critic for Film School Rejects.com. I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and has since migrated to the fine city of Columbus to fulfill my needs of seeing both a pro hockey team and a winning football team (something that Cleveland is destined to always lack.) Both my love of film and my love of being argumentative began at a young age – so much so that my 7th grade English teacher encouraged me to become a lawyer based on my ability to write a persuasive essay. Later in life, I would discover the amount of schooling necessary in becoming a lawyer, and I chose a career in the retail field and a dream of becoming a film critic instead. In early 2006, along with my friend and fellow movie lover Brian Gibson, I started Film School Rejects.com, a site dedicated to being a forum for aspiring critics to get their opinions read by the world. I also write for Blog Critics.org and encourage fans and non-fans to always lay the feedback on thick, as I am always learning and growing as a critic.
