Reynaldo (Guillermo Francella) and Tati (Araceli Gonzalez) meet and share an instant attraction, and both embellish their occupations. Calling himself Roy, Reynaldo describes himself as a world-renowned photographer while Tati, going by Brenda, claims to be a top model. They pass one passionate evening together, but their attempts to reconnect are continually thwarted by the lies they have told one another. As both of their careers founder, each pines after the other, but even when they do meet they are forced to keep up appearances.
